Refund policy

THREAD21 allows returns or refunds of defective items procured online provided the items are in original condition i.e., unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered and unstitched with original tags and packaging.

For eligible returns customers should contact our customer service center by emailing at thread21021@gmail.com.To be able to make a return, customers will need to provide the online order ID and describe the nature of defect within  30 days of the delivery date.

Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the return of a defective item are the sole responsibility of THREAD21 and will not be borne by the customer.

Customers who wish for an exchange or refund must send the product and the invoice to THREAD21 Head Office at their own expense. The delivery charges for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer. 

Please note that duty and custom charges are not payable from the brand.

Refund or Exchange or return Policy

At Thread21, we are committed to conducting business in a manner that is fair, transparent, and in line with Islamic values. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure your experience with us is positive. Please carefully review our refund and return policy.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) in accordance with our values of mutual consent (ridha). If you are unsatisfied due to a defect or discrepancy, we will gladly accept a return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 days.

We believe in fairness (adl) and will honor refunds for items that fail to meet your expectations due to misrepresentation or defects.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct product, subject to availability.

4. Honesty and Transparency

At Thread21, we adhere to the principles of honesty (amanah) and expect our customers to do the same when returning or requesting refunds. Please be truthful in your claims so we can resolve any issues fairly.

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage. 

Return and Refund is applicable to local orders only.

A customer may cancel their order using the order ID and sending an order cancellation request to thread21021@gmail.com. However, Cancellations is not possible after 24 hours of order placing or once an order has been dispatched.
